Our annual community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place this year on Saturday 25th November at 5pm.

Each year we try to have a different theme, this year we are having an Superheroes and Princesses theme. Bring your children to meet Batman, Spiderman and Captain America, Belle from Beauty and the Beast and two more Disney Princesses in a family show in the old barn and we are sure one of the Superheroes will be able to use some magic powers to light our tree!

There will be a free glass of mulled wine round the tree for the adults, while we are entertained by the Wa4 Brass band with a selection of Christmas tunes and a few new ‘superhero’ tunes and then instead of waiting around in the cold, you will be able to come indoors to see the show in the old barn or have a drink in the bar while you wait for the show to commence.

In the ‘Old Barn’ we have two performances of a Princess and Superhero interactive family show presented by Star Kidz Entertainment, ending with a present for all children from our Superhero guests.  First performance 5.30pm, second at 6.30pm (lasts approx. 30 mins).

Food will be available from 4.30pm with a BBQ outside, with all proceeds going to Warrington 25th East (St Wilfrids) Scout Troop.

Tickets cost £3 per child which includes a gift, and £1 for adults, numbers are strictly limited and will be on sale from 1st November from the Bar (Evenings and Weekends) or the Office (weekdays).

Feel free to come dressed as your favorite Superhero or Princess as there will be a prize for the best dressed ADULT fancy dress.
